To allow secondary school students to understand the actual work and prospects of the modern construction industry, the NWS EXP Journey joined hands with the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to arrange a tour for EXP student members to the CIC BIM Space in April this year.

With the VR devices on, the students were able to experience immersive construction environment stimulation for safety and construction task training on- site. CIC also showed the Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) via an interactive game at Hologram Table, allowing students to learn how this building method can help minimize the adverse impacts of weather, scarce labour resources and site constraints.

Being one of the core businesses of NWS Holdings, a representative from Hip Hing Group also introduced the entry requirements and career path to the students, hoping to see that more creative and energetic new forces will join the industry in the future.
