Because many secondary school students are curious about how companies operate on a day-to-day basis, NWS EXP Journey has organized “Chill Talk by EXP Mentor” this summer, inviting members of staff from different departments and business units of NWS Holdings to become mentors of the program and visit schools to share interesting stories about their daily work in areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Development & Investment, Corporate Communications, and core businesses such as Roads and Construction.

Student members were fully engaged and received a great deal of valuable advice, while mentors were able to have a better understanding of young people’s thoughts through the interactions.
