The Chinese saying, “Know the enemy & yourself, and in every battle you will be victorious”. This theory is important whether in school or at work. You will have a better interpersonal relationship if you understand the personality traits of yourself and other people.

Norman Lui, the trainer from New World Group, introduced the DISC personality test to EXP student members through a webinar. He guided everyone to make a simple evaluation of their personality, and also advised that one should be more considerate to others if we want to increase our popularity among groups.
