To provide EXP student members with authentic work experience, NWS EXP Journey kicked-off one of its key events, 1-on-1 Job Shadowing, this summer. The first batch of EXP members became newbies at the office and were assigned to different departments and business units including Corporate Communications, Information Technology, and Hip Hing Construction to have a job tasting.

The participants all found the two-day job shadowing very fruitful as they gained hands-on experience helping out in events, sitting in on meetings, and visiting server rooms, among many other things.. Student members expressed that the 1-on-1 Job Shadowing helped them broaden their experience, and get to know what life in the workplace is really like. They are determined to study harder and try their best to achieve their dreams.
